	Mission Statement The Chicago Fury shall be developed and operated by experienced hockey professionals on an attempt to provide the best program possible for elite player development. Combining hockey expertise from coaches and a positive teaching environment, with a complete commitment from players and parents, all participants will achieve optimum performance in both athletics and academics. The program will strive to enhance and enrich the present and future lives of each of its participants both on and off the ice. Philosophy The philosophy of the Chicago Fury is grounded in a total focus on player development. Our players are provided a patient, understanding, educational learning environment by respectful coaches. We incorporate fast-paced, high-intensity practices with aggressive puck pressure and strategic team systems in an environment where your child is treated fairly and given continued and constant instruction. Through excellent completion, expert coaching, and fair playing opportunity, every Fury player is provided the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our approach instills confidence and builds self-esteem. We eliminate threats, intimidation, and negative reinforcement. We will not bench or vilify player for errors. We will not shorten the bench to win games. You will not spend significant money on travel just to watch your child receive limited ice time while a handful of teammates play to exhaustion.
